credit policy
An invoice will be included with each case. All accounts are payable within 30 days of statement date.

Accounts not paid within the stated terms will be subject to COD status and/or a late charge of 18% of the unpaid balance.

payment options
1. Pay your account by check. If your statement balance is $750 or more and you pay your account in full, by check by the 10th of the month, you will qualify for 2% back in Dental Designs Rewards (Travelflo).

2. We accept:

• Credit cards can be called in on the day you would like your account paid
• Credit cards can be set up to pay your statement balance automatically on the 5th of each month. Call us at 1-800-927-7990 to enroll

3. Pay by ACH debit. Call in your check information and your checking account will be charged without writing a check.
